Arcanus has tried sex with a human, yes, and Ellie once tried to have sex with a turian. He sated the curiosity – but it ended up making him regret it because it reminded him of love lost. Ellie, however, was ridden with guilt when she tried to sleep with a turian and never made it past flirting.
