Haha. Saren doesn’t understand sexting and Cassia tries on occasion but she’s very awkward and doesn’t send outright lewd pictures.
Damocles, on the other hand, has no qualms sending nudes or dirty messages. Aeson is really shy in the beginning about it, but Damocles convinces him over time to send naughty stuff. Sometimes they even have video sex or tape themselves (even with another person whose identity is hidden)
I just kinda made this up because I love posting and reading random facts about people’s OCs. So! Pick an OC and give us 5 random facts about them, then tag some people to join in the fun!
1. Saren’s skillset is the closest to an Engineer. He employs a drone and mainly relies on using Overload and Incinerate in succession. He tends to work alone (prefers it even) and can hack into systems to steal information. Is he open with whatever weapon provided to him, but tends to prefer the rapid fire assault rifles paired with a good pistol. He wears medium grade armor. He is not a biotic.
2. After some time from Cassia trying to get him not to work so much, Saren gains an interest in spending his days out at the beach, basking in the sun. He enjoys the heat and can fall asleep on a nice, flat rock while Cassia enjoys the water and sand. He’s not a huge fan of those, but Cassia only splashes him every so often.
3. Saren isn’t against covertly finding ways to irritate Damocles when they are stuck together. He gets a bit of a thrill from it after having to deal with Damocles’ ire that he has against Saren by no fault of Saren’s own. Cassia later finds out and gives him a good talking to, but the two males never completely come to terms.
4. Saren doesn’t immediately know about Cassia’s affection for him, nor does his understand that he shares that same feeling. He doesn’t have a way of putting how he cares into words, so he often spends his time not spent with Cassia trying to blow off steam. Those encounters always leave him with more stress though, so he forgoes it altogether after a while. He later tells Cassia she’s important to him (the first step in admitting he cares about her) on a mission they’re on together that goes wrong thanks to his acting out after she seduces some guards.
5. He and Cassia, later in their lives, have three children together. The first baby is unexpected and completely by surprise. She shouts it to him as he’s climbing into a transport ship heading for a job. He’s left speechless and confused for quite some time before he finally calls her to make sure he heard right. They have a little girl and name her Jaena after Cassia’s mom, Jane.
(There’s so many of you guys now?? omg hahahaha)

With Aeson, it just made sense for them. Aeson and Damocles were best friends for their whole childhood and Aeson seems like the only one Damocles trusts explicitly and the only one who seems to make him happy about himself. Sure, Damo has family, but that doesn’t count and even they don’t know everything about him – like his painful binding and self-harm, only Cassia found it a few years before but she can only guess he still does it. Damo trusts Aeson not to think negatively of them and being around Aeson seems to help him love himself more.
They are pretty happy to see Damo finds someone to bond with and love. The two aren’t monogamous, however, not completely. With Aeson staying on Virmire for his job as a fisherman and Damo taking mercenary work, they aren’t always together. They both know that life can get stressful when apart and sex is a good way to blow off that steam, so they don’t mind one-night stands while they’re apart. Together, however, they rarely invite someone else for a threesome/moresome. They’re more than happy and content with being together. They are both fine with this arrangement and you only have to worry about possessiveness in the form of Damocles stepping in to protect his love when people are bothering Aeson. It’s a sort of ‘he’s mine and you better back the fuck up.’ Neither feels jealous because they know there’s no other person for them. Damocles because he doesn’t care about anyone but Aeson and Aeson – though he has more friends than Damo – because he sees Damocles much like a superhero, always there for him and always ready to fight for him (and to trust him enough to share his secrets).
Now, in terms of Saren, Garrus and Jane were hesitant to think about any sort of romantic interest from him towards Cassia. Thankfully, Cassia took the lead in their relationship, making him a reluctant friend and quite frankly dragging him through any kind of social interaction. She is actually the first one to feel more for him and, in that case, her parents trusted her to know her own emotions. She’s smart, smarter than so many people give her credit for, and she is open with her emotions, doesn’t hold back or let distress fester. She addresses her problems and they respect that. They silently root for her when they start to see some hesitant signs of Saren liking her back, knowing that the idiot doesn’t understand his own feelings until the situation gives him no choice but to admit it. By that time, it’s so obvious to everyone that it isn’t a surprise to Jane and Garrus.
Not too spoilery at all because it’ll be so damn far away, lol!
Cassia goes all out with a combination of turian and human traditions. Turians don’t really have anything like a wedding ceremony, they’re mostly about the after party, so to speak. So she’d have a wedding like a human, but with some hints to turian culture in the design of things. She’d bring up the idea of rings and Saren wouldn’t really complain. I mean, what’s the problem with having a ring? It’s not like it’s permanent to get in the way of his work or anything.
As for a honeymoon, she’d actually want to go on a galaxy wide trip, visiting every home world and perhaps a major colony for each species. She knows it probably wouldn’t be all at once, but she’d like to do that through her life. Earth would probably be the first place to go, hopefully finding out the city her mom was born and grew up in.
Damocles, however, would be more traditional to turians with a basic bonding and then big after party. I guess humans would consider it like eloping. However, Aeson is completely open to human customs and actually encourages Damo to celebrate their joining without feeling out of place. For Damo, he’d ask Aeson if he wanted a ring and Aeson would shyly say yes, it’s interesting to have. Problem solved, Damo will get them rings. It’s not too important and they actually put more importance on the tattoo they each get for the other, so it’s more for show.
As for a honeymoon, I had to think. Again, it’s up to Aeson because Damocles travels all the time for his jobs while Aeson is stuck mostly on Virmire. If Aeson is left to choose, I think he’d like to see snow. Of course, they wouldn’t go to Noveria because that’s just silly and not practical. I’d say they’d probably go to Earth too, go up to the mountains and rent a little cabin to stay in for the winter. They can always keep each other warm 😉
