Fibonacci Garrus

1. Garrus throws wild parties that often leave the majority of the city he’s in at the time hungover or cleaning up the mess.

2. He’s a great strategist in battle and leads his own army of men he calls ‘The Murder’ as in a murder of crows.

3. He doesn’t want to become the next Primarch and really thinks his younger sister, Solana, is more up to the task of leading the turian people.

4. His bow, The Black Hawk (or simply Hawk) is hand-made. He practiced many years since he was young. The name doesn’t apply to a single bow, but his current best and he always works to make one better than the last.

5. Despite the stigma against body paints (both permanent and temporary) being only worn by barbarians and the lawless, he has had his entire body permanently tattooed with royal blue designs. While it started initially as a means of rebellion when he was younger, it has become a means of self-expression over his views concerning being more open to all turians so long as they aren’t going against the Hierarchy. He’s also admitting that those who wear war paints are usually very valuable fighters and should be a research taken advantage of.

Aeson

1. Aeson has a huge crush on Damocles from pretty much the beginning. It started as a friendly interest in the bigger kid who was just ‘so cool’ and as they grew, Aeson came to admire his friend in many more ways. He’d be very embarrassed to admit he lusted after his friend and only tried out sleeping with males to be able to imagine what it’d be like with Damo.

2. He lacks the typical turian fear of water and his interest has played a part in his career as a fisherman.

3. His favorite thing to do on his free time is watch cooking competition shows.

4. Although he knows how to fire a weapon and knows at least some self defense from Damocles, he is very nonviolent by nature.

5. His golden coloring is very rare for turians, especially for those whose parents, grandparents, or other close family don’t share the trait. To say it’s recessive would be a serious understatement and neither of his parents can remember having it in their family trees.

Bonus: He’s related to Primarch Victus

Saren

1. His eyes are hazel, which is uncommon for turians. Arcanus specifically had his genetics altered to give him the eye color as a way to put a piece of Ellie (whose eyes are hazel) into Saren so she could feel like a part of him.

2. It’s probably obvious, but Saren finds guilty pleasure in riling Damocles up. He knows Cassia would always take his side against her brother and Saren gets a thrill at making Damocles act like the petulant child he sees the man as.

3. He keeps his home even more meticulous than Arcanus. If you were to walk into it, you’d think it’s just a model home.

4. He isn’t a biotic like his father and instead acts as a tech, employing a drone, assault rifle, and hacking skills. He takes it as a challenge to continuously prove himself just as good as his father’s legacy even without biotics.

5. His favorite food is a type of fish only found on Palaven and importing it is one of his rare indulgences.

Jane: “Weird, but I can’t say it’s bad. Actually, I think it’s pretty sexy, in a very down and dirty way (which I like). For the intimacy part, it keeps us close and I do love it when my huge turian husband cuddles with me. For the part I know you actually wanna know, it’s … filling. There’s a slight sting at first when he knots, but it quickly eases as I adjust and if he let’s me, I can grind down on him, maybe even get another one off. It presses just right on my g-spot, so it doesn’t take much. And if he’s pent up? I might just be able to get him off like that too. That’s fun to watch because he reacts a lot differently from his usual cumming.”

I’m answering this with the new Parable canon I’m implementing of all turians knotting.

Garrus: “Oh, incredible. Female turians aren’t as forgiving as humans. With a turian, you can feel a sort of limit. It’s not painful or anything, but it’s like a ‘good I stopped swelling because I don’t think any more would fit’ feeling. With Jane, there’s a softness that’s addicting. You knot and expect that limit, but when she adjusts more to my knot, it’s like an urge to somehow keep going until I get to that point. I love the feeling and always try to best myself. I may not change in any size, but it’s such a feeling to try.”

Ellie: “Hah … Oh God, has she. I’ve had to pick and choose from her advice though because quite a bit of what she and Garrus apparently tell each other is not quite my cup of tea. She definitely has a better understanding of dirty talk, though, so I have taken a bit of inspiration from the times she says they challenge themselves and tease one another without actually naming their genitals specifically. I really like using double entendres with Arcanus.”

Ellie: “Oh my goodness, you’re too kind. I’m not quite sure what I’ve done to earn the complement, but thank you. Truly, it’s so nice to be seen as beautiful in Arcanus’ eyes more than anything, but it’s humbling to know about other’s thoughts.”

Jane: “Fuck yeah, people better not fuck with me! But, hey, seriously, thanks. It’s not often I get people I don’t get many people complimenting me instead of calling me a traitor or something, so it’s really nice to know there’s people out there who don’t just see me for not putting up with shit from the Council and Alliance anymore.”

Arcanus: “It was on a night where I was treating Elyse to a very traditional turian ceremony celebrating the end of the war while on Palaven. We were meeting with some very important figures and she felt the need to ‘gussy’ herself up. I do not know much about human ‘makeup’ practices, but I know she was putting a thicker coat of it on that night. I walked into the room hearing her mutter under her breath as she rubbed what must have been at least the second attempt to achieve whatever she was after. Seeing my amusement at her muttering, she turned to me and said something about not seeing her while she ‘looked like a raccoon.’ It is not common to find her distress amusing, but I found her half smeared paints quite a different matter.”

“Lots of times! He’s so sweet and always let’s me drag him along to fun stuff. In sex, he roleplayed old timey human royalty with me, even if he didn’t quite understand completely without plenty of research about it 🙄 It was a whole day that ended up with us having some royal ‘celebrations’ afterwards. Another huge fantasy is an equally royal wedding. I hope Saren goes for it one day!”

Saren isn’t all that bothered by this. With turians being so open to sex, it’s like any ole conversation.

Saren: “I have never said anything embarrassing and I mean everything I say. I’m not one to blurt out something without thought.”

(Which is a bald-faced lie)

Saren: “I don’t know how to describe what it feels like with Cassia. She’s better at explaining it than I am, but I don’t think this is something she wouldn’t be all that willing to talk about. She’s understanding, but I think she’s hiding something when she hears of my stress relief. I guess that’s part of what’s different., I care about what she thinks and feels. She’s … important and I find myself caring more about her than myself, which makes it seem more fulfilling.”

Arcanus is much like Saren. Sex talk isn’t off the table, but it cannot be demeaning to Ellie’s human sensibilities. 

Arcanus: “I do not find much ‘risqué’. However, I believe the time Ellie was both embarrassed and aroused when we had sex during an opera viewing would qualify for her. We were located in a private section of the auditorium. It was her idea and I quite enjoyed it, but it was obvious she was unsure whether she was more excited or concerned by the possibility of being caught.”

“She has made it quite difficult to maintain my composure at work before. The most memorable was when I was on a vidcall with an important client and I was reminded of our very memorable morning in an elegant Citadel penthouse hotel. I can only assume she was coached by Jane on some of the things she had done and the memories tested my composure that day.”

6. What makes this fic special or different from all your other fics?

I’m going to have to say the whole idea of it being in a fantasy setting is the biggest difference. I’ve said it before, but I’ll say again how fantasy/medieval stuff is actually more appealing to me than sci-fi. Mass Effect is really the only thing that really made an impact, but most of all my other stuff is like the complete opposite. I thought maybe it’d make a neat AU, and you had the original idea of two realities coming together in the first place 😉

12. What do you like least about this fic?

How long it’s taking to get to actually writing it! Does all the extra work I’m making for myself count too? I don’t blame the fic, but more myself for starting this grand idea because now I can’t put it down. 

14. Is there anything you wanted readers to learn from reading this fic?

Hm … learn? I don’t know of anything off the top of my head besides just sharing my worldbuilding eventually in both the fic and separately. I don’t know if anyone’s interested in a type of wiki of sorts for the fic, but it’s how I’ve been working out the worldbuilding for myself.
