Alright, so I could afford moving out from my city – the main reason why it’s been 2 months I couldn’t be able to draw anything and the two longest months ever – but sadly I got to that time of when I’m like a week about to get kicked if I don’t bring some income. My savings ran off and job hunting has been incredibly hard, amounting to a sudden psychiatric treatment I now have to afford. Overall, red numbers all around, so here’s the thing:
From September 26th to October 10th, 2017, I’m offering 20% discount in all commission tiers as well as saving 8 or 10 slots for character headshots/portraits only for $8.
That’s it! For the modest price of $8 you will get a headshot of your character in lineart style! Here are some samples:
Check up my links for more info and if you can’t help or just don’t feel like it, any signal boost is incredibly appreciated. There’s also my tip jar below if you also don’t feel like commissioning anything.
As always, thank you so much for your incredible support and encouragement towards my art. Your help means the literal world to me ♥

It seems like a lot of arguments and whatnot happen in this fandom because so many people are unwilling to step outside of Shepard and look at things from the viewpoints of others. I get how much we love Shepard, and how easy it is to see everything from their viewpoint and take it all very personally (because that’s how the games are played), but i feel like a lot of positive growth could be had as a fandom if we all could take a moment to stop and take a step back.
Reblogging again to hopefully get more input because seriously. Examples: hatred of Ash or Kaidan because of their distrust of Shepard, hatred of the Council because of their skepticism, generally unfair negativity toward anyone that doesn’t agree with or blindly follow Shepard. Obviously we, the gamers who have played these games, know the truth, but that doesn’t mean the characters who don’t believe or like Shepard deserve to be attacked for it. How are they supposed to know? If someone started talking about a giant metal squid apocalypse, would you believe them? Idk I feel like some of the hate we seem to have toward those who don’t believe Shepard is wildly unfair.
I like to think of characters, politics, etc in the games in two ways: how I see it as a player getting the whole picture and how I see it as Shepard. As a writer, of course Shepard will have opinions, but as a writer, I love these characters and how they are diverse. Are there some characters that drive me crazy? Sure, but that’s usually on Bioware’s writing, but it often comes from them being unable to delve into characters like a fic or character analysis could. I’m sure many of my fics have some characters turned into rage material, but it’s because of logical reasons.
For example, Kaidan/Ashley not trusting you on Horizon? Makes sense, BUT, I would’ve loved something a bit more in depth in the conversation when you romance them. Something more about your relationship instead of just a single added line. Still, I completely understand as an outsider to the game, but also feel for my Shepard.
Tl;dr I think everyone should look at characters with this in mind: dislike them as a person, but still enjoy them as a character. After all, we love villians as a fandom, but hate them as the enemy to our characters.
Her mate chuckles and shrugs. “Even without counting you, he’s outnumbered.” Giving him that, she nods. “Us males need to up our numbers against all you women.”
She snorts in mock offense and lets go of the unnecessary sheets covering her, no longer caring if she’s buck ass naked now that the twins are out of the house. Smirking at his quick change in mood evident in the way his eyes darken, she crawls into his lap and kisses him passionately. It takes only a moment before his mouth relaxes and his warm, rough tongue slides out to curl around her own. She can’t move her own in the ways he can, but she makes up for it when she closes her lips around his tongue and sucking.
His moan is all the encouragement she needs as she cups his face, tilts her head, and shoves her tongue into his own mouth. His breaths are hot, moist, and she can taste the wonderful taste of his natural flavor, like a sweet, yet also hot, spice. She moans as her tongue slides against the points of his teeth in reaction to his hands tangling in her hair, but they’ve kissed so many times that it’s long since she ever nicked herself on his teeth. Swallowing his deep growl, Jane pulls back and smirks.
“Uh oh. That look is never good.” However, he grins back and grips her hips.
