As for brain, I think it has more to do with me just having way too many ideas once there’s an initial spark, lol.
For heart, I seriously try. I know what it’s like to just sometimes need someone to listen to me vent or just talk about nonsense, so I try to be there for others. Give what you’d want back, I guess you can say.
That and what’s the point of getting stressed online with something that should bring you happiness? The real world is bad enough.
Just a quick update of my status for future commissions and what not.
As you know, I have some messed up back issues going on that prevent me from doing a lot of things I would rather be doing than being in bedrest. Because of this, I decided to check alternatives on how to face my work in a more organized way. (Recovery is going literally, one step at a time.)
While I expect to return to commissions steadily hopefully by the end of the month (Thoy pending commissions take precedence and will be done before new slots are open), I also came across Ko-Fi ideas, and figured I would give it a go.
If anyone is interested, following are the rewards and tiers, and any feedback and suggestions are more than welcome.

Has two versions of clothing:
Typically during travel, he will wear a hooded cloak over a slightly padded tunic and leather chest guard
—–Much like a hunterās outfit
When he needs to represent his people (usually on the Citadel) he will wear a more suitable, less utilitarian outfit
—–He doesnāt usually like to dress this way when he is with Jon and crew because it makes him stand out, but he has no problem when alone
I know I havenāt fleshed out all the OCs that will appear in Efflux, but Iāll answer for those Iāve been shoving in peopleās faces XD
22. Likes dragons
This would actually be both of the twins. Their favorite movies are from the Lord of the Rings collection. By their time, Iām sure thereās tons more, but the movies we all know where the first things they saw and theyāve been fans ever since, each with their own reasons. That led to them looking into more fantasy-themed media and dragons came hand in hand with that.
Cassia likes them because of how interesting looking each person can make them and enjoys the mythos of dragons collecting hoards of jewels. Even the whole Princess guarded by a dragon was interesting to her as a kid, even if she, as an adult, knows a girl doesnāt need rescuing š
Damocles likes dragons for a much simpler reason. Who doesnāt love a giant, fire-breathing, flying reptile? Out of all the big monsters out there in space, dragons are the one thing he canāt fight in person, but damn if he wonāt try to find something like it!
24. Would bake a cake for a friend who is sad
I think I answered this not too long ago, but itād have to be Cassia. She doesnāt like to see her friends upset by something and, if she knows they like sweets, sheāll bake them something special. Odds are she knows a whole lot about everyone he knows, so even if they donāt like cake, sheāll figure out something.

27. Loves children
This actually has quite a few answers with different explanations. Most of my OCs enjoy children to some degree, except maybe Saren and Arcanus, lol. Those two merely tolerate them until a special instance where they gain a very special relationship with a child š
Cassia loves all children no matter the relation or the parents. She can dislike a childās parents, but could be getting dirty in the mud and playing tag with their children at the blink of an eye.
Ellie likes children that have some sort of connection to her. She initially had a bit of hesitance and worry over caring for the twins because she never saw herself as a mother, but some extranet research and time watching Jane and Garrus helped her to open up and relax with the kids. Stranger kids are still a bit of a turn off for her, but she loves kids from those she knows. She loves all the kids from the Normandy family.
Aeson is shy around kids, but if one is insistent enough and carries the conversation, Aeson will warm up. Itās not so much that itās a child so much as heās just a really shy and awkward guy. Heās the kind of guy to like kids, but when they give him their attention, heās fumbling. He means well, though.
Damocles doesnāt like children except for the children of a very special family member. Heās like the awesome uncle and treats them like they can do no wrong. Hell, he likes them so much he actually finds it in himself to tolerate their dad more. I wonāt outright explain, but there are those out there that know what Iām talking about š
